Delivery
Orders will be dispatched within 48hrs unless otherwise stated on our website.
During holiday periods there may be a delay in dispatch and delivery.
General Returns
You may return your items to the below address, please include a note stating if you would like a refund or return. You will receive a refund for the amount the jumper is advertised at upon receipt to the below address. In the unfortunate event that the product is faulty you will be entitled to a refund totalling the amount that was paid for the product. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received in, unworn with all tags and packaging. The item should be returned within 14 days of receipt and include proof of purchase. The customer will be liable for the cost of postage both to and from the below address for exchanges or returns unless there is a fault with the product in which case CAYO will be liable for the postage costs. Postage costs may be reimbursed in the form of a gift voucher.

Sale item returns
You can only receive an exchange on sale items unless there is a fault with the product in which case you will be entitled to a return or refund totalling the amount paid for the product upon purchase. If the sale product is faulty please include a note stating if you would like a refund or return.
